This is my review of Full On Eats & Drinks in rockville maryland. I went to the restaurant at around 4 pm on a Thursday evening. When we arrived the place was not too busy and I was seated right when I walked in. The parking situation looked like it could be bad but we got off pretty good with a spot right out front the restaurant. The atmosphere in the restaraunt was very good. good decorations, but not a lot of space. I would recomend getting take out if its very busy. I tried the French Onion crock, Tomato basil soup, the French Dip sandwich, the homemade potato chips, and for dessert, banana pudding.
The Banana pudding was fluffy as whipped cream but gave me a bad taste in my mouth. Very sweet.
Chips are delicious and crispy and crunchy as a fall leaf underfoot. not too salty. Very good and would recommend.
The cheese in the french onion soup was amazing but the croutons were a bit too soggy and hot and there were not enough things in the soup. Not a very good ratio between soup and things in the soup. Very good nonetheless. Same can be said about the tomato basil soup, too soupy and not enough things in it, but both are still really good. The sandwich had a bit too much bread, and was way too chewy without the gravy/ sauce/ dip thingy. But with the sauce was very good but hard to hold.
Overall 3.5/5 ice cream scoops.
